Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP as well as hapless father Henry. The majority of people know me via my Instagram @annephung, where I document my life - highs and lows, as well as everything in between. At the age of 1 year old My family and I immigrated into America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't even be here today sharing this life with you. Since I was confident that I would have a brighter future I set out to be successful and do my parents happy. I had a set plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job, marry, purchase an apartment and have children. My idea of success was to go to college to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and have kids. However, life was not so sure. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. The status and wealth didn't bring me happiness. I thought I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. My passion for fitness and my passion for socializing with others led me to discover my dream job as an instructor. I began my business in 2014. It is my 7th anniversary in this calendar year. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian females. My goal is to become a catalyst within the business to offer high-quality coaching that allows others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. In addition, I strive to inspire others to pursue their dreams and goals and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. While my professional life began to take off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my life- the passing of my Mom. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace on Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us yet they can prove highly beneficial. The death of my mother changed me so much and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. Her death at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create an entirely new chapter. It was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. The 30's are the only time I really feel I am alive. My life is shared and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words in order to let you know that you are not the only one, to realize that you're beyond capable of anything you set your mind to and that love is real, that therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the greatest form of wealth. It is my prayer to live your life at its best and have no regrets about the end of your life. The death of a person is the only certainty in the world.
