Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
My son played in the playpen as I worked 12-hour days, sanding the floor and taking down the wallpaper. Ha! Ha! It all started to make sense, but wasn't quite done. The house would need lots of time and an enthusiasm of shopping. To stay within budget, I began taking my kids to estate sales looking for of diamonds. It was our weekly routine to walk around garage sales and auctions on the weekend, and buy a variety of old pieces and new created. It was my job to spend the day on the drive working on painting or sanding. What I saw looked something like... This is the moment my love for restoring furniture began. When our home was fully furnished, I could not quit! I had an area at the market to sell things. I could outgrow my space because I owned many more pieces than I was able to use. My home became a place in which I held open houses where up to 1000 visitors could see the things on my first floor and purchase the items. It was here that my business Growing Days was born. As my business flourished and so did our small family. There was a perfect balance between starting a business as well as being a mom. Growing Days seemed like the perfect combination. It was in 2013 when my beautiful daughter Nora joined our 4th child. I adored where my business was going, but I wanted some time off. I decided to put off doing work on my furniture and spend time with my kids. It was exactly what I needed. After a couple of months, my phone started to begin to. They were asking for assistance with interior decorating and home renovations. The majority of people who contacted me came from people who came to my house at one of my furniture open houses. I began taking on clients at a time working at my own pace however it wasn't time before I was running several accounts, and I was operating the complete business of home remodeling. You would probably have amused me if you had said that it would be the foundation of a DIY Network tv series. Actually, I smile at times when I think of the story.
